Clarissa Campolina is awraded as editor

The film Sobre o abismo, by André Brasil, was the highlight of the national competition in the V Janela Internacional de Cinema do Recife. The film, besides being the great winner in the national competition, also took home the award of best editing, signed by Clarissa Campolina and Luiz Pretti.

“From a personal perspective, the work takes hold of the images of the others through a flow of thought with creation freedom which builds an intimate discourse about cinema. When making films, ideas, tone and particular rhythms are established, and they become one.” These were the words of the jury when choosing the best editing.

Clarissa, renowned by her works as director, is also an editor and signs many important works such as "Françoise", by Rafael Conde, and "Cattle Callers", by Marília Rocha.
